Cozy room with central heating, a TV with many channels 📺, and a handy writing desk. Perfect spot to stay at, just a quick 15-minute drive from the airport. Easy to get to and super convenient!

Hotel was well located. Room was clean and had all I needed. Staff were very friendly including making suggestions about local places to visit.

The hotel is good with excellent staff to take care. Bar and coffee shop is excellent.

This is a small hotel with all essential basic facilities, close to the town centre, suitable for a short business trip, for shopping in Tarbes or for visits to the Pyrennees or to Lourdes. The proprietor was friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find at night due to the fact that since the reception closes at 10,30pm all lights were off. No hairdryier.

We had enjoyable 1 day here, couldn't recommend more. We really enjoyed the central location and how clean the place was kept. Location: the hotel was adjacent to market square and nearby restaurants.

The comfortable seating areas and cozy fireplace in the lobby were perfect for relaxing with a good book or chatting with fellow travelers. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The elevator was spacious and reliable, and there were handrails along the hallways and stairways to provide extra support. It made getting around the hotel effortless and safe.

If I had to mention one thing that could have made my vacation even better as a senior, it would be if the children working there could provide assistance with carrying luggage to the rooms. While the elevator made it convenient to bring my bags up, a helping hand would have been greatly appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Massey Museum, which is perfect for history buffs like me. The property also offers free bicycle parking for cycling enthusiasts.
